    Good Morning.
    Ms. Ranjana Prabhu

I would like to inform that your article is very good . Here i have the following questions.

What aspects of environment predispose individuals and populations to an increased risk of ARF and RHD?
What evidence is there that specific interventions can make a difference?

    Thanks&Regads

This Article Review is a good one looking in details at all the aspects of a published article. But the word 'Article Review' was not mentioned in the title of this work which may misled the readers. Here some 'Review of Literature' has been done to justify the comments of the Reviewer (The author of this Review). This again should not misled the readers whether this is a 'Review Article'. Both terms are different.

    Dear Author,
I think your prospective surveillance phrase in the title "Acute rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease in Fiji: prospective surveillance, 2005–2008" should actually be Retrospective since it is looking backward at both exposure and effect already established.
