    Good Morning: Marrie Davis

    Have a Nice day!
I would like to inform that I read your article .I truly appreciate your article,
The following notes I have questions,
The Leadership plays an important role in determining employees’ commitment. The employees who are pleased with their supervisors/leaders and feel that they are being treated with respect and are valued by their management feel more attachment with their organizations. In this linking.

What is the impact of the transformational leadership style on the commitment of the follower?

    Thanks& Regards

      nice article review.
i have been an advocate of the influence of transformational leadership especially in clinical nursing practice, the article did not really integrate transformational leadership into the practice of clinical nursing, any comments in this regards?

        Dear Viewer
Thanks for your comment. However, the article review focused on “self image and its impact on relations in the workplace”. It was not about integrating transformational leadership into clinical nursing practice. In this case the major principle of transformational leadership theory enables the leader’s ability to motivate their followers to accomplish more than what was planned. This form of leadership allowed to idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration (Krishnan, 2005).

Good day. Thanks for your comment.
Transformational leadership is a process in which leaders help their followers to look at old problems via a new perspective and to attempt higher levels than usual.
The impact of transformational leaders scale up the levels of employees’ commitments and enthusiasm toward achieving organizational goals and improved self-performance.
The enthusiasm and the high power leaders inspire in their subordinates by role modeling and allowed for increased power as an element of work engagement in workers.
Leaders influence their followers in a way that allowed them to assume the point of view of their own goals and show high efforts to meet them and offer a positive future outlook. Therefore, the leadership style competently reposition the organization toward the ideal perspective by coordinating the employees and integrating all system components (Cacioppe, 2007). This process involved the following
    • Model of integrity and fairness
    • Sets clear goals
    • High expectations
    • Encourage others
    • Provides support and recognition
    • Stirs emotions of followers
    • Stimulates followers to look beyond self-interest
    • Inspires followers to reach for the improbable

    Dear Viewer
Thanks for comment. The article review clearly defined "transformational leadership". The major principle of transformational leadership enables the leader’s ability to motivate their followers to accomplish more than what was planned. This form of leadership allowed to idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration (Krishnan, 2005).
